This blog's been quiet lately...I hope we'll see some reports after this weekend!Though we missed out on the heat at Bull Run this year, Michelle and I did get to see some lovely bluebells and lots of other wildflowers on Sunday's training run on the towpath (we ran north from Riley's). This was one of my last long runs for Pittsburgh, and we had a nice run.
So, congrats to all of you Bull Run Runners who toughed it out in the heat last weekend.
And good luck to Mark at Promise Land on Saturday, to the Pike's Peek 10kers, and to the crew at the Rocky Gap Adventure Race on Sunday! Team Magnus and MRK are reuniting for the long course, and the Boomslangers are tackling the beginner course. Could this be the weekend to see the first snake of the year??
