Of course, the prediction today can change tomorrow. So many variables: wind speeds, el nino, hot air generated by Washington's unique political climate, whether or not we've suffered enough already (see Greenway, HAT, Bull Run 2006).

No, I am afraid Promise Land is going to be an exercise in survival.... but at least it'll be pretty as we suffer...
